EXCELLENCE ACADEMY

NJ14 Premium Program
For Elite Players Ready to Reach The Highest Level

Program Overview:
The NJ14 Premium Program is tailored for highly committed players seeking an elite soccer experience. Designed for advanced athletes who aim to compete at the highest levels, this program combines professional-level coaching, rigorous training, and competitive match play to develop well-rounded, high-performing players.

League & Competition:

  • Teams in the Premium Program compete in elite-level leagues and tournaments, offering exposure to top-tier competition.

Seasonal Format:

  • Fall: Advanced outdoor training 3 times weekly & league play. Training on turf with lights.

  • Winter: High-intensity indoor training sessions, strength and conditioning programs  time weekly

  • Spring: advanced outdoor training 3 times weekly & league play. Turf & grass training.

  • 3 to 4 tournaments yearly.

  • Additional training spring & fall player focused sessions.

  • Professional Coaching Team: Led by nationally licensed and experienced coaches dedicated to maximizing player potential.

RISING ACADEMY

NJ14 Rising Program
Developing players playing competitive Travel Soccer

 

Program Overview:
The NJ14 Rising Program is designed for players aged U9–U14 who are ready to take their soccer journey to the next level in a structured and competitive travel soccer environment. Ideal for those seeking a step up from grassroots soccer, this program offers a challenging and supportive setting where players can develop their skills, compete in league play, and grow as athletes.

League & Competition:

  • All teams compete in the Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer Association (MNJYSA) league.

  • Regular league matches plus opportunities for additional tournaments to enhance competitive experience.

Seasonal Format:

  • Fall: Competitive league play and outdoor practices 2 times weekly,Training on turf with lights.

  • Winter: Indoor training sessions focusing on tactical awareness, speed, and technical refinement. 1 time weekly.

  • Spring: League matches and advanced outdoor training sessions. 2 sessions weekly. Grass training.

  • 1 annual tournament included

FUTURES ACADEMY

NJ14 U7 & U8 Development Program
Preparing the Next Generation of Female Soccer Stars

Program Overview:
This program is designed to introduce young players (ages 7–8) to the foundational skills and principles of soccer while fostering a love for the game in a fun, safe, and empowering environment. With an emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building, this program is the perfect stepping stone for players aiming to join NJ14's competitive club teams.

Seasonal Format:

  • Fall: Outdoor practices and 7v7 league games in EDP or MNJ focusing on core technical skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. 2 practices a week.Training on turf with lights.

  • Winter: Indoor sessions emphasizing agility, ball control, and small space play to maintain skills. 1 practice per week.

  • Spring: Outdoor practices and 7v7 league games in EDP or MNJ focusing on core technical skills such as dribbling, 2 practices a week. Grass training.
